Normally, our return policy is 15 days after the delivery date. However, for purchases from November 1st to January 31st, the client has until January 15th to make an exchange, if desired.
If you are not satisfied or if you have changed your mind, we offer you the option to exchange the item purchased by another of the same value.
To qualify for an exchange:
Your article must be in the same condition that you received it.
Your article must be in original packaging and in perfect condition.
The customer must present personally or by email an invoice or order confirmation.
The exchange (if applicable):
Once the package is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know we received your returned item. We also inform you of the approval or rejection of your request for exchange. Shipping costs are paid by the customer. We will send the new package within 48 hours after receiving your package and after the payment of shipping charges ($ 9).
Please note that the selected items as exchange must be available in stock.

Tips on shipping an item to be exchanged:
If you ship a further $ 75 item, you should consider using a delivery service or traceable to purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we receive your returned item.
Note: If your product has not been shipped after your order, or in other words, if you have not received a tracking number of the package and usually within 24 hours after your order, you can request a full refund or an exchange for another article. Please contact us by phone at (418) 951-0199.
